I have more than 10 years of experience in developing automated advertising solutions, and during these years I’ve been using my skills as a partner, business development, and evangelist at three European industry defining products. I am in charge for AdtoApp marketing. I love scalable projects and tricky goals. For the last 13 years I’ve taken part in different projects with worldwide audience, but AdtoApp always pushes me to the edge requiring more and more skills and creativity. Here is what I call a self-development, and only this kind of challenge inspires me. It’s almost impossible to use your previously created cases, when you build a brand in marketing. You need to invent new ways and always be one step ahead. I believe that educational marketing will bring us more than any other type of promotion. First, you give something useful to your audience, and only then you may expect and count on any responses.
I am Senior Analyst at AdtoApp.I am developing and improving the Real Time Mediation Algorithm ‒ the main key for the revenues for us and our clients. I started working on it at the beginning of 2014, and our first goal was to double the mobile ad revenues. Quite ambitious, isn’t it? For two months I thought it was impossible to find the optimal solution. But then we balanced the algorithm, and now we’re ready to perform even more then x2 revenues. Triple increase in the revenues - that’s the goal AdtoApp is focusing on right now, and I’m sure we will be able to do that very soon!
My team consists of 25 high-skilled developers. AdtoApp is built using Perl, JavaScript, SQL + Objective C and Java for iOS and Android SDK. We are focused on developing the functionality of service and also on customizing the product for the clients who need some additional features to be implemented in base SDK. At the moment I have three important features in development stage: native ads mediation for feed apps, “house ads” module, and reducing the weight of our SDK (the most tricky task!).
Where did it all start from? Well, I am also a co-owner of a couple of development studios, which always strongly needed an efficient monetization solution. We tried few existing solutions and clearly understood just how they could be improved. So we started developing a perfect solution for ourselves. First field-tests proved the concept viability: AdtoApp easily doubled revenues from mobile monetization. Next step was to share this service with other developers! AdtoApp is the most technologically advanced project I've ever created. Our aim is to help developers earn more. This kind of goal is generous and ambitious, but it helped me to gather our great team. And every one of us is the best!
Managing product architecture and algorithms for technologically advanced projects is my leading specialty. Here I am responsible for multiple product development efforts with an emphasis on the user's feedback and lean business growth strategies. I think of AdtoApp as of my child, and its future is deeply connected to mine, as it is a significant part of my life. In my opinion, the key to our team’s success is our ability to consolidate efforts, act like a family, with its traditions and routines. For example, when we are going to implement new functionality, we begin to prototype new interface first, so that everyone understands why our users need it and how they supposed to use it. Nobody feels as a small part of some big mechanism, everyone is an equal Maker here.
